Prices are shown on the website and may change. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout before you place your order. Payment is handled through the payment methods available at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

MissTroy ships orders by the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, and we’ll send tracking information when your order ships.

4. Final Sale and Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for a change of mind, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@misstroy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review and resolve verified issues. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law. Our full Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases from this store.

5. Authenticity and Product Condition

MissTroy sells items we represent as authentic. Many items are individual pieces, and pre-owned items may show signs of wear. Please use the photos and written description to assess each item’s stated condition, measurements, and included accessories.
