All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery (you can choose one).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase (before shipping).

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
